The Cosalt Las Palma (Riviera) has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and 1 additional toilet. The kitchen comes complete with fridge, cooker, extractor toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and hoover. This model is double glazed and has full central heating with towel rail in the bathroom too. There is also a TV, gas fire (rarely used) in the lounge area. This model also has a galvanised chasis which I'm told is THE thing to have. There is a twin gas bottel point autoswitching! so you never need run out - you can run the canisters down to empty and simply switch to the fresh one when your ready (delivered by the site owners). Car parking spaces in front of each pitch and grassed area. The condition of the caravan is excellent no chips dinks or snagging points.

There are two doors which open on to a large enclosed and gated deck area which adds so much space to the living area of the caravan (new 2007 cost £2,500), perfect for small children. The deck runs the whole length of the caravan and then curves around at the back in an L shape plenty of space for drinks and watching the spring lambs in the surrounding farmland. Most of the static homes on the site have large decked areas as there is plenty of space. This makes the site look attractive as we all have shrubs and flowers. At the end of the deck, there is the entrance to the 6ft store shed for patio furniture table, chairs, two sun loungers and BBQ all included in the price. Exterior tap fitted here for water fights and for washing down the caravan.

Location is quite family freindly with approx 40 vans in total. 10 mins drive from Abersoch. Vans are positioned in a circle with a large grassed area and playground for children. Green open spaces. No pubs or shops in walking distance but don't let this put you off the great community spirit of the site.

Site fees are £1,400 + rates for previous season £99.25 + electricicty which is newly metered 08. As this van has gas central heating there is only a minimal charge for the electricity that you use throughout the season. Insurance for the 2008 season is paid in full.
