Temp To Perm Price/Product Analyst
Based in North Acton up to £11.50 per hour

Our client, the UK’s largest Telecommunications Company is seeking a Price/Product Set-up Executive to work within their expanding call centre.

Within the role candidates will ensure the accuracy of customer billing by maintaining operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Setting up and maintaining products onto the in-house system
· Producing pre-billing analysis to anticipate successful and accurate billing and to highlight potential issues
· Coordinating the set-up of pricing and products
· Maintain and monitor progress reports
· Working closely with other departments

Key Skill:
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work well within a team and individually
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and Access

Successful candidates will have 12 months Billing experience within and be available for immediate start.

Working hours will be Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
