Retail Shop Manager(Notting Hill Gate)

Sally Clarke’s award winning Provisions shop and Delicatessen is currently searching for an
Experienced Retail Shop Manager
• The successful applicant will have professional skills in service and broad knowledge of quality foods
• To oversee day to day running of the shop
• To guide team members
• To source and train new staff
• To uphold and develop shop systems and procedures
• To liaise with Management re budget expectations
• To ensure all HACCP directives are adhered to
• To ensure all legal obligations are adhered to regarding retail directives
• First Language must be English
• Operational experience of running food retail outlet is essential

Salary and benefits DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
Long term, full time position (5 day week, Monday - Saturday).
