Chef Required at the George and Devonshire in Chiswick(Chiswick)

AMBITIOUS CHEF REQUIRED AT THE GEORGE AND DEVONSHIRE IN CHISWICK – LIVE IN OR OUT

The GEORGE AND DEVONSHIRE is a traditional English Inn near the River Thames in the historic area of Old Chiswick.
Our aim is to drive the growth of the business through further development of our food offering.
A Chef is required - this position would particularly suit an ambitious sous chef who is looking to progress, take on more responsibility and make a name in the high-focus world of Chiswick food!
Required to work split shifts and weekends, 40 to 45 hours

We require someone who is -

• creative,
• able to use their own initiative to deliver Menu ideas and
suggestions
• flexible, with a team mentality
• looking to grow their portfolio and experience
• able to handle volume (up 60 covers at Lunch)

Experience of working in a busy kitchen is essential, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with the team.

The position is live in or live out, with single room accommodation provided.
