As an extremely courteous, helpful and creative individual you will have had experience looking after Customer orders face to face. Would suit someone who has worked previously within air travel, showroom, personal shopping or restaurant industry where guiding the Customer to meet their individual needs with descretion and common sense is paramount to selling yourself and selling the product successfully.

Working as front of house of the Wrapology concession - the luxury gift wrapping service - armed with your product knowledge, you will help the Customer choose materials and level of service depending on the occasion and profile of the Recipient. As well as guiding the Customer to their order, you will take payment, manage the team against the timelines quoted and ensure the concession is excellently presented at all times.

With a history of an average 100% mystery shop score for the concession, this position demands someone who is highly professional, a smooth operator and able to hold his or her own when times are busy.
