Registered Manager for a new Live-in Domiciliary Care Service (Start Aug Sep 08)((Gloucestershire)

An exciting opportunity to be in at the start of this new business.

We are going to be providing Live-in Care Services to elderly clients in the Gloucestershire area.

Who are we looking for:

 Registered Managers Award Essential
 Knowledge and experience of the domiciliary care sector, including a thorough understanding of CSCI Standards and how to implement them to maintain and exceed compliance through promoting quality and safe practice.
 Self motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and committed.
 Excellent organisational and communication skills, written and verbal English language.
 Full UK Driving Licence and a full and valid UK work permit is essential.
 Ability to develop the business practices as the company grows.
 Ability to undertake recruitment, provide support to careworkers and clients and generally maintain excellent standards and promote a good company image.
 Ability to oversee and maintain staff training and development.
