Administrator (Tonbridge)(United Kingdom, Tonbridge)
The administrators will be supporting the rail department in liaison with the district manager and contracts managers.
Principal Accountability's:
To be reliable, efficient and punctual.
To act as primary contact for sales and seek out activities with existing clients and developing relationships with new clients.
To help with the development of an existing IT based contact system for following up tenders.
To provide administrative support i.e filing, faxing, typing letters, data input etc.
To liaise with customers, clients and suppliers as a professional organisation.
Key Competencies:
A natural ,self-motivated professional.
Proficient in IT applications- particularly with excel and Microsoft office.
Be numerate, literate and efficient with excellent organisational skills-together with the ability to problem solve where necessary.
