Care worker(Inverness)

 As a Care Worker, you may be new to the position or experienced. In either case full training will be given in addition to the chance to undertake an NVQ qualification.
 You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, be able to adapt to changes be able to assist service users in the personal elements of their life as well as their social requirements.
 You will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as be able to work independently. Good communication skills are a must as well as thorough written documentation abilities.
 No qualifications required as full training given.
 Experience is a bonus but again not required, it will be important to have the desire to make a difference.
