Support Officer(Newbury)

Sheltered housing, supporting people framework, support plans, home visits.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large housing team managing over 55s properties across Berkshire. You will complete home visits to check & assess the progress of tenants and their properties. The role will require you to update individual support plans as well as extensively liaise with outside agencies including social services, health authorities & local councils. Successful applicants will need to have a proven track record within sheltered housing management as well as strong communication skills & the ability to work on your own. You must be a car driver with a valid Enhanced CRB check.
