Role: Account Manager Trainee

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Liaising with clients, answering queries, helping clients with FX transactions, booking deals as well as managing client accounts
• Ensuring that service levels are met so that queries to the Customer Services team are minimised
• Checking account / user activity to maintain anti-money-laundering standards and liaise with the MLRO regularly.


Skill, Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Proven Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or over the telephone
• Demonstrable understanding of global payment methods
• Highly numerate, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent IT and analytical skills
• Naturally inquisitive – able to spot unusual requests / account activity
• Innovative – able to identify opportunities for improvements in process.
• Flexible, enjoying a frequently changing environment
