Experienced Sous Chef required for "The Queensbury" in Willesden Green.

One of North West London's most popular Gastropub and Dining Rooms is looking to recruit a talented and creative Sous Chef.

With the busy summer season approaching we are looking to recruit an ambitious individual, capable of working as part of a team and leading from the front in the absence of the Head Chef.

To be considered for an interview you must have at least 5 years experience in a professional kitchen, have a strong command of English, and be able to lead from the front.

Part of your responsibilities will be to take charge of the kitchen porters ensuring that all health and hygiene aspects of the kitchen are being adherred to.
