First Class Personal Assistant Salary £45K -Ideal role for an ex Legal Sec seeking the next Step(Green Park)

This role is one in a million! if you are a senior PA working in a legal environment ready for the next step, this role is for you.

Working for the Chairman of a Private Investment Bank in beautiful Mayfair offices your day will be busy and varied. No two days will be the same and your PA skills will be relied upon heavily. Your day will include organising his busy life from organising travel, to preparing presentations and personal family business at the highest level. The Chairman spends half his time in London and half in Monaco and you will be relied upon to be self sufficient and on the ball.

Experience at Managing Partner or Director Level is essential.

Legal experience will be looked highly upon as the Chairman is an ex Lawyer. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Advanced technical skills including all microsoft packages is essential, together with an extremely professional demenour and outstanding organisational skills. The ability to undertake confidential work with a discreet and professional manner is also essential.

Hours are 9-6. Flexibility to undertake overtime is essential.

Salary is £40,000-45,000 +
