Nurse Tele Interviewer Full Time Part Time(London)

Geneva Health is looking to recruit an experienced Registered General Nurse for an opportunity based in Central London.

Services offered by our Client include a One Stop Centre for occupational health programmes, regulatory testing, insurance medical examinations and medico-legal reports. With strategically located clinics and a nationwide network of consultants, nurses and medical specialists, they have gained a reputation for being professional, friendly and responsive to the operational needs of its clients.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· Making pre-arranged telephone calls to Clients to collect medical histories
· To ensure that all disclosed information is recorded accurately and clearly
· To ensure that Clients are aware of consequences of non-disclosure and encourage full compliance with request
· To maintain Client confidentiality at all times
· To conduct all communications in a professional manner
· To ensure that work is completed in agreed timescales
· To report any absence/sickness promptly to enable work to be re-allocated with minimal disruption to Clients
· To undertake other tasks as required by the Team Leaders/Manager

Experience and Registration
You must be an RGN with full and current registration with the NMC. Previous experience within an Occupational Health / Clinic environment will be an advantage with a wide range of Nursing experience.
