Customer Service Temp:
Phone answering
Respond to and follow up customers’ enquiries using appropriate methods
Taking orders, preparing delivery notes and invoices
Liaise with the warehouse in Spain
Supervising the stock level in the Spanish warehouse
Maintaining up-to-date database of customers

Person Specifications:
Fluent spoken and written Spanish essential
Experience in Customer Service
Outstanding phone manner
