Pharmacy Sales Assistant(Herne Hill SE24)

We are a small but busy Pharmacy in Herne Hill, London SE24, requiring a part-time sales assistant (approx 19 hours per week) to join our committed and hardworking team. We have an excellent reputation for customer service, and are a national award winning “Child-friendly Pharmacy Of The Year” .

The right candidate will help us enhance and build on this reputation.
No previous applicants please.

Essentially, you
. ARE NOT A STUDENT
· have previous retail pharmacy experience
· are a bright and bubbly person with excellent communication skills
· have a very good command of spoken and written English and full UK work permit
· are able to work within our opening hours of 9am to 7pm and be flexible to cover sickness and holiday periods

Preferably, you also have
· Advanced retail/customer service skills
· Pharmacy ‘Interact’, ‘Counterpart’ or equivalent training/NVQ's
· Basic computer skills

Duties include:
· Responding to health queries and referring-on to the pharmacist when appropriate
· Serving customers
· Restocking merchandise
· Merchandising displays
· Checking and pricing deliveries
· Ordering of stock

This is a permanent post for someone able to commit to in-house training and does not suit students or those seeking a full time position.
