Unlike most parks we DO NOT have a strict age policy on owners holiday homes, but we do request that owners keep their holiday home and garden in a well maintained order so we can maintain our high standards here at Silver hill.

Also, unlike many parks we DO allow sub letting as we understand that you may wish to make an income from your holiday home, but we do request that for security purposes, and for the peace of mind of our other holiday home owners that you inform the friendly, helpful park manager who is using your holiday home at all times.

For those of you who need access to the internet we have wi fi internet connection available to all holiday home on the park.

Our lovely new and used holiday homes start from as little as £8,000 fully sited.

Our ground rent is very reasonable at only £1,600 this year which is free for the rest of the season with the purchase of your holiday home.
Your holiday home also comes complete with a full complementary gas bottle and free steps.

The park is open for 10 month of the year including xmas
